Emirati Cinema Night Hosts Al Janahi and Somewhere in Time in Belgium
Organized by the UAE Embassy in Brussels, the Emirati Cinema Night will host Nawaf Al Janahi and his film “Somewhere in Time“.
The program also includes Emirati filmmakers Nahla Al Fahad, presenting a private preview of her new film “Voice of the Waves”, and Abdulla Al Kaabi, presenting his film “The Philosopher”.
Taking place at Bozar on 10 September 2026, this event is a celebration of Emirati cinema that will shed some light on its history, and includes a panel discussion with the three filmmakers moderated by Karima Saidi.
Al Janahi Joins “A Programmer’s Guide to the Galaxy” Discussion at Manassat Film Festival
Invited by the 10th edition of Manassat Film Festival, Nawaf Al Janahi will be part of a panel discussion titled “A Programmer’s Guide to the Galaxy” that will unpack patterns across film, media and art, reading them as reflections of our present moment.
